Hiroshima 2023/12/25

I prepared lots of ramen and udon noodles for the 'teppanyaki wagakokoro' okonomiyaki.

After that, we set up a space in the corner of the shrine's garage.

It was open from 1 pm to 4 pm last weekend.

My friends visited one after another, about 20 people in total.

I prepared okonomiyaki repeatedly, and a friend assisted me every now and then with it.

I cooked over 20 okonomiyaki in just three hours while having a beer.

I was over the moon because my friends all were satisfied.

I'm planning to share okonomiyaki again next month, so let's all get together and enjoy it!

Sweet Home, Hiroshima!

You can know a lot about Japanese culture. We want to know about your culture.
