Hiroshima 2023/10/6

Today, my friend gave me a fish called Hamachi.

As Hamachi grows in size, its name changes.

It starts off being called 'Yaz,' then 'Wakana,' followed by 'Hamachi,' and finally referred to as 'Buri.'

First I filleted a fish into three pieces.

When I cook fish, I usually check their stomachs.

If I can see what they've eaten, I can use it as bait when I go fishing.

I found lots of small fish from its stomach.

I think he was very happy when he died because he had eaten a large amount of his favorite fish.

I ate a lot of raw fish and grilled 'kama,' which is the area around the fish's jaw, with salt.

Tomorrow I'm cooking soup using left head and some bones.

Sweet Home, Hiroshima!

You can know a lot about Japanese culture. We want to know about your culture.
